Charter
The rules set out in this charter are firm and final, and are not subject to negotiation. It is your responsibility to read them in their entirety before making an appointment.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination of service without refund, refusal of service (present or future) and/or blacklisting.
- Be respectful in all circumstances, and don't neglect the basic rules of politeness (which include courtesy, punctuality and personal hygiene).
- Any delay of 15 minutes, without having informed your provider, is considered as a cancellation of the appointment with no refund of the deposit.
- Any person in a state of inebriation will be refused entry.
- Don't ask for an instant appointment, as no such request can be met.
- All time spent with your masseuse must be reserved.
- No attempt to negotiate rates will be accepted or even considered. Deposits are non-refundable.
- The decision to receive and serve you is your masseuse's and her's alone. Refusal of service is not subject to negotiation.
- Specific requests can be discussed with your masseuse before the appointment.
- A shower at the beginning of the service is mandatory; the necessary items will be provided.
- Welcome and preparation time (showering before and after the massage) are included in the duration of the appointment.
- It is imperative that you respect the terms of your service, as no changes can be made to them.
- Any physical contact not prescribed by the chosen service will result in the immediate termination of the session, with no possibility of refund.
- The masseuse is bound by professional secrecy
- The building in which you are accommodated is equipped with a camera surveillance system, as is the apartment where the appointments take place. For your safety and that of the masseuse, appointments are recorded on video (video data are deleted after your visit within a maximum of three weeks).
- Any attempt to intrude or gather information about your professional's private life will result in immediate and permanent banishment.
- The massages offered are not intended for medical purposes.
- Only professional equipment is used for the massages
- The appointment area is duly cleaned before and after your visit. The linen are fully changed for each appointment
